Commodore’s Welcome

Welcome! You have found the Castaways Sailing Club website. We are a private club of sailors who live in the Palm Beaches and are dedicated to developing and encouraging an interest in sailing. There are a variety of ways in which we try to accomplish these goals. There are monthly races, raft-ups, get-togethers and regattas. Our premier event is the Annual Castaways Cup Race. Monthly “Five o’clock Somewhere” gatherings at local watering holes are where we socialize. We love to tell sailing stories, describe the amazing places we have sailed to and discuss the strategies that won or lost the last race. The monthly racing series is a great place to hone your skills. There are all levels of experience participating in these events. Raft-ups often occur afterwards, great fun and food make for a good time.

Our membership includes all levels of experience and a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of sailing. We welcome like-minded folks who are interested in helping us accomplish our goals.
